User/Viewer Features
Site Navigation: |
- Home: Self Explanatory. Link it to the page that houses your categories.
- Add a Site: Self Explanatory. Linked to the page where users submit a website manually.
- Modify Site: As a security precaution user must supply correct email address that was included in the "Add a Site" submission.
- What's New: Lists all recently submitted websites.
- What's Cool: List sites that have been visited (hit) most frequently.
- Top Rated: Lists all sites that have been voted on, with the most voted on first.
- Random Link: Selects a website in your directory randomly and opens it in a new window so the user doesn't loose track of your site.
- Subscribe: Allows viewer/user to subscribe to your newsletter which is deliverable in text or HTML format.

| Main Category (Home) Page Features: |
- Total number of websites contained in a particular category.
- Category Description (See Admin Features).
- Sub-Category listings (See Admin Features).
- Total number of website links contained in your directory.
- Total number of hits the websites in your directory have received.
- Date and time your website was last updated.

| Links Features: |
- Date: When the website was submitted.
- Hits: Number of times a website has been clicked on.
- Rating: An average of how viewers rate a particular website.
- Votes: How many viewers have voted to get the rating (restricted to one vote/viewer).
- Rate It: Anybody can rate a website.

Admin Panel Features
New Links |
- Add New Link: Contains all fields for Admin to add websites via admin panel.
- Validate new Link: Email notification to Admin. Confirmation of receipt to website submitter.
- Verify New Link: Contains all information that is submitted by user via "Add a Site" from the user interface. Admin may modify any of the information contained before validating. Click on the URL and the site being submitted opens in a new window for verification.
- Acceptable URL's include ftp download links.
- Description: allows for HTML code to be included.
- Click "Submit RadLink": all data is instantly entered into the database and at the same time an acknowledgment email is being sent to the individual that submitted the web site... Done! No building required and goes live in seconds.
- Website submitted is not suitable for your site: Click the "Delete" button beside the website submitted, click "Submit RadLink" and an auto respond email is sent out notifying the submitter that his site has been rejected and why. Website data will not be entered into your database and you can word the auto respond message any way you wish.

| Validated Links: |
- Modify: Use the Search feature to locate a link via ID number, Keyword, Title or any word contained in the Description.
- Delete: Use the Search feature to locate a link via ID number, Keyword, Title or any word contained in the Description.
- View: Use this feature to view all links submitted to your database.

| Categories |
- Display your categories in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc... columns by changing the number of columns to display in your "Admin Settings".
- Category Descriptions: Don't want them in there?... Easy! Don't enter any text in the allocated location. Don't want the word "new" beside the category title? Delete the following code block from links_main.tpl:

- Add New Category: Just type it in...
- Add Sub-Category: Select the parent category from the drop down box, click on it, type in the name of the sub-category and then click on RadCat... Done!... No building required and goes live in seconds.
- Modify Category: Select the category from the drop down field box, click on it, hit "Show Me", make your modifications and click "Modify RadCat"... Done!... No building required and goes live in seconds.

| RadLink Tools |
- Edit Templates: Browser viewable and editable. No ftp program required and allows one to make changes on the fly.
- Check Duplicates: No duplicate URL's allowed on your site? No Problem!... RadLinks will hunt them down and locate them for you. Hit the "Delete" button and the duplicate link is instantly eliminated from your database.
- View Broken Links: This feature contains all user notifications of broken links. Click here to Verify it, Modify it or Delete it.
- Verify Links: Checks the URL's contained in all the links which are stored in your database. If the website doesn't exist, or if the URL goes to an error page, you will be able to view the error or an "OK" signal for those URLs contained in your database.
- Move Links: Want to move all your links from one category to another?. Select the "Current Category" the links are in from the drop down box, include the sub-categories, if any, then select the "Target Category" and hit "Move RadLinks. If it's a "New" Category make sure that you have all ready added it before moving the links into it.
- Update Statistics: Updates the total amount of Links, Hits and Date Last Modified (if one keeps the statistics on the main page).
- Admin Panel: From here one can select the following options:- The number of columns to display categories in,
- The number of subcategories to display on your categories page.
- The number of links and search results to display on a single page.
- Option to select "yes" or "no" to receipt of notifications re new additions and broken links.
- The number of links to display in "What's New", "What's Cool" and "Top Rate" pages.
- Select minimum number of votes before rated sites show up as "Top Rated".
- Select how many days to display a link as "New".
- Select how many "New" links to display on your category page.
- Plus a few "view" features that we would rather not disclose in public.

| Emailing Subscribers/Link Owners |
- Newsletter Send daily updates to all Newsletter Subscribers in text format.
- Newsletter Send daily updates to all Link Owners in text format.
- Emailed Newsletter contains an option to "Unsubscribe".
- Total number of Subscriber's displayed in Admin Panel.
- Send Newsletter to one Subscriber/Link Owner, several, or all. Click on a single email address to send one copy of Newsletter. Press your "Ctrl" button and then use your mouse to click on several email address to send Newsletter to more than one person. Default selects all Subscribers/Link owners.
- Email Manager Delete and Newsletter/Link Owners email address.
