d) To infringe the laws against unauthorized software copying because someone requests or compels it;

f) To make, import, possess, or deal with articles intended to facilitate the removal of any technical means applied to protect the software program.

Authorization to remove the Powered by: RadBIDS link back is allowed for specified fees. These fees authorize you to remove the output of the Powered By: RadBIDS, but it does not give you authorization to remove any copyright notices in the script source files nor any other rights. What are the penalties for pirating software?
If caught with pirated software, the infringing company or individual may be liable under both civil and criminal law. A civil action may be instituted for injunctive relief, actual damages (including infringement profits), or statutory damages up to $20,000 per infringement. Criminal penalties for copyright infringement include fines up to $1,000,000 and jail terms up to five years, or both.
TITLE
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with RadScripts.com. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.
TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software immediately.
FREE SUPPORT and FUTURE UPDATES will be offered only to those that abide by the conditions stated herein. Technical support will not be provided for third-party modifications and said modification rectifications will be subject to additional fees.
Encrypted Code
In an effort to combat piracy and for the protection of proprietary code contained in the Admin panel, software is now key locked and certain areas contain encrypted code.
In an effort to protect the integrity of your software, your investment and ours, said encrypted code will not affect any modifications or design integrations that you may wish to conduct and is limited to the admin panel albeit removal of encrytped code will cause your script to malfunction.
